IndiGo Starts Gate To Gate Luggage Delivery Service From 1 April 2021

IndiGo starts door to door delivery of luggage delivery service from Thursday (April 1, 2021), in that service check-in luggage is taken from traveller's home before the journey and delivered to the destination its only for the specific flight Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Vistara have a partnership with parcel transfer company Carter Porter.

Airline has starded this service from 1st April, in New Delhi and Hyderabad will be launch it in Mumbai and Bengaluru for delivery to and from house to airport.

Airline stated that this service lead to fly worry-free, as airline with help of Carter Porter transfer their luggage from one place to another hassle-free. And to avail this service one have to pay Rs 630 from one side and this service '6EBagPort' can be availed 24 hours prior to the departure of Flight.

Sanjay Kumar Chief Strategy and Revenue Officer of IndiGo said "this service will bring relief to customers who maywant to travel with additional baggage from home to airport or would like to go for a meeting directly from airport without carrying bags. Our partnership with CarterPorter will ensure that all customers have seamless experience as their bag get transferred doot-to-doot while they fly onboard our lean, clean flying machine.
