As the lockdown in many states were increased by the Government to break the chain of trasmission of novel coronavirus. AirAsia announced that it will offer the free cancellation and rescheduling of flights to and from West Bengal, Karnataka, Delhi, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu.
In a official release AirAsia said, "All AirAsia India guests who booked their flights before the announcement of the lockdown can opt to cancel or change to another flight without incurring any change fees or cancellation charges"

Offers are also applicable on the flights to and from Karnataka, Delhi, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu.
Offer is applicabe on the bookings made by any of the mean ie; official website of AirAsia, mobile application or from any of the registered travel agent.
Flights can be rescheduled or cancelled via Air Asia India’s chatbot, Tia, available on the airline’s website or on Whatsapp Chat at +91 6360012345 as well as by entering flight details on ‘Manage’ on airasia.co.in.
