Saudi Arabia Announces Free Validity Extension Of Visa And Iqama Of Migrants Stranded In Countries Facing Travel Restrictions

The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) announced a free validity extension of resident permit, exit re-entry visa, visit visas of migrants stranded in their country due to the travel restrictions against the pendamic of COVID-19.

Jawazat in his statement said that the validity of iqamas of resident migrants will be extended till June 02, 2021. and also the visa of entry re-entry will be extended till June 02, 2021.

The validity of visit visa will also be extended till June 02, 2021.

Officials of Jawazat stated that the extension will be done automatically, no need of migrants to visit the office of concern department and no payments of fees or fines will be charged from the migrants against this service of extension.
