All passengers travelling to Kerala who have been fully vaccinated will no longer be required to show negative RT-PCR test reports at the airport said by the Kerela Government.

Meanwhile, all travellers need to show a certificate that they have taken both the jabs against novel coronavirus.

A release said the State Disaster Management Authority took the decision on the basis that the COVID-19 vaccination was making "good progress".

It further states that people participating in activities demanding a negative RT-PCR result should carry a vaccination certificate showing that they have received two doses of the vaccine.


Official notification stated that, "However, those who have developed symptoms of COVID shall undergo RT-PCR test and carry the negative result,"

Recently, the Maharashtra government has also announced new RT-PCR testing rules for entering the state and said that it will not require mandatory RT-PCR reports from travelers who have tested positive for covid-19.
