Leading luxury carrier Vistara on Wednesday inaugurated its non-stop flights between Delhi and Tokyo. The flights departed from Delhi at 0300 hrs (IST) and landed at Tokyo at 1450 hrs (JST).
The inaugural flight was scheduled to start on 16 June 2021, but has been rescheduled to 7 July 2021 due to operational reasons.
As of now, Vistara will operate a weekly flight between Delhi and Tokyo under the air bubble agreement signed between India and Japan.

UK 08 runs on Wednesday from Delhi at 03:00 to Tokyo and reached at 14:50 on 07-Jul-21.
UK 084 runs on Thursday from Tokyo at 17:50 to Delhi and reached at 23:35 on 08-Jul-21
Vistara will deploy its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft with a three-class cabin configuration to serve the Delhi-Tokyo-Delhi route. In addition, Vistara has trained its cabin crew in the Japanese language to extend the warmth of true Indian hospitality to passengers from Japan.
Vistara also said that only eligible customers fulfilling visa/entry requirements in both India and Japan will be accepted, as specified by the respective government bodies on their official government websites.
Booking and Fare
The round-trip all-inclusive fare for Delhi-Tokyo-Delhi starts at Rs 45,049 and the Tokyo-Delhi-Tokyo round-trip all-inclusive fare starts at JPY 90,099.
Bookings for these flights are now open through online travel agencies and travel agents across all channels including the Vistara website, iOS and Android mobile apps.
