Reports says, United Arab Emirates (UAE) has banned IndiGo flights till August 24, 2021.
UAE officials suspended IndiGo flights for carrying passengers who did not undergo RT-PCR test at the departure airport came into effect from Tuesday, August 17.
In a statement, IndiGo said that all flights to UAE have been cancelled till August 24 due to operational issues.

IndiGo's spokeperson further says, "We have informed all our passengers and will support them with refunds or accommodation in other flights once we resume operations,"
From 5 August, the UAE has allowed the entry of stranded residents of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Nigeria and Uganda.
For this, passengers have to undergo an RT-PCR test 48 hours before departure and another rapid-PCR test at the airport a few hours before the flight.
Also, as per the guidelines issued by the country, all travelers to UAE are required to seek approval from GDFRA or ICA before their travel.
