Abu Dhabi Emergencies, Crisis and Disasters Committee for the COVID-19 Pandemic has updated the entry procedure into the Emirate of Abu Dhabi from within the UAE and approved the cancellation of the COVID-19 testing requirements for entry, Effective Sunday, 19 September 2021.
The decision comes after the emirate announced a reduced COVID-19 infection rate of 0.2 percent of the total tests and the activation of the Green Pass system to enter certain public places.
The Committee will continue to monitor events and urges all citizens, residents and visitors to continue to observe precautionary measures to protect public health and safety, maintain successes and advance the country's sustainable recovery.
