Air India cancelled some of its flights to the US from today due to deployment of 5G internet. Air India, said some flights would be cancelled or face a change in aircraft type from Jan 19, 2022.
Emirates Airline of Dubai said it would suspend flights to nine US destinations from January 19, the planned date for the deployment of 5G wireless services.
Two of Japan's major airlines, All Nippon Airways and Japan Airlines, said they would cut Boeing 777 flights for US.

Federal Aviation Administration said Sunday that it has approved some transponders to operate safely in areas where 5G will be deployed, leaving "48 of the 88 airports most directly affected by 5G C-band interference."
FAA has warned that potential 5G interference could affect altitude readings that play a key role in inclement weather landings on some jets, and airlines say the Boeing 777 is among the models initially making headlines.
