Several benefits are being offered to facilitate the accommodation of family members. After their residence permit is canceled or expires, residents will be given a "long flexible grace period of up to six months" to stay in the country.
The new visa rules will grant visitors a variety of visas for multiple visit purposes without the need for a host or sponsor for the first time. These visas will have flexible duration to accommodate the needs of the visitors and the purpose of their visit.
So here we find the new changes that will be effected from September 2022;
Multiple Entry Tourist Visa
This new visa will not require the participation of the sponsor. Applicants must have a bank balance of $4,000 (approximately 3.2 lakh Indian Rupees) for the six months prior to the visa application. People can stay in the UAE for 90 consecutive days, with the only restriction that they stay no more than 180 days in a year.
Visit Visa
As per the UAE cabinet, the new visit visa rule, which will come into effect for visitors to the UAE in September 2022, will allow them to stay for 60 days instead of 30 days.
Business Visa
The purpose of this entry permit, which does not require a sponsor or host, is to encourage investors and entrepreneurs to explore business and investment opportunities in the UAE. As per the current amendment, a visitor can apply for this entry permit if he is a relative or friend of a citizen or resident of UAE. It is not necessary to be a sponsor or host.
Study And Training Visa
Study and training visa is for those taking training and study courses, as well as those participating in internship programs. Licensed universities, educational or research institutions in the country, as well as government or private entities can act as sponsors. This requires a letter from the unit outlining its duration, along with a description of the study, training, or internship program.
Work Visa
Work visa does not require the presence of a sponsor or host. It is awarded by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratis to those classified as 1st, 2nd or 3rd skill level, as well as fresh graduates from the world's top 500 universities with a bachelor's degree or equivalent at a minimum educational level.
Entry Permit For Temporary Work
This permit is for those who have a temporary work assignment, such as a probationary test or a project-based mission. The employer is sponsoring this visa. This requires a temporary work contract or a letter from the employer explaining the purpose of the trip, as well as proof of health and fitness to work.
