Noida is all set to become the tallest mall in India. Named Saya Status, India's tallest mall will be built by Saya Group in Sector 129 on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and is expected to be functional in 2025. As per reports, around 25 per cent construction of the building has already been completed.
This mall will be 150 feet tall and have nine floors. Each floor will house a range of luxury brands. The company has said to invest Rs 2000 crore in the construction of the mall, which will be equipped with many state-of-the-art facilities.
The company aims to create a great shopping destination in India. The building has been designed by DP Architects, a renowned architecture firm with offices in Singapore.
The company will retain 70 per cent of the area while 30 per cent will be sold to investors. The retail space is reported to be sold at Rs 18,000 to Rs 40,000 per sq ft.
As per the design details, the hypermarket will be located on the ground floor. The mall will have multi-level parking from 4th to 9th floor along with basement parking lot. There will be a huge parking lot to accommodate 1600 cars. The mall will also have some of the top restaurants in Noida and Delhi. It will be home to some famous pubs and bars.
